My journey

Helping you find balance through real food

With a lifelong passion for food as medicine, my journey in nutrition began with a deep curiosity about how the components of food influence health and wellbeing. This early fascination developed into a dedicated pursuit of knowledge and a commitment to helping others achieve balance and vitality through evidence-based nutrition.

After completing a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine, I established a private practice and small business focused on delivering personalised, research-informed nutrition support. Balancing study with raising two young children provided invaluable insight into the practical realities of maintaining health and wellbeing amidst everyday demands; an understanding that continues to shape the compassionate, realistic approach of my practice today.

In today’s fast-paced world, food has become more about convenience than nourishment. Supermarket shelves are lined with ultra processed, cleverly marketed products that appear healthy but often lack genuine nutritional value. Many people are simply too busy or overwhelmed to prepare wholefood meals, and as a result, the foundations of good nutrition have been replaced by convenience and confusion.

The modern nutrition crisis

My mission is to help change that. I’m passionate about guiding clients back to the basics, reconnecting with real food, understanding ingredients, and learning how to prepare simple, nourishing meals from scratch. Through personalised nutrition plans, practical coaching, and a focus on organisation and meal planning skills, I help individuals and families build sustainable habits that fit seamlessly into everyday life.

My work is grounded in functional and evidence-based nutrition, integrating scientific understanding with practical, real-world strategies. I’m committed to ongoing professional education, continually expanding my expertise across areas such as gut health, metabolic balance, chronic disease management, and holistic nutrition.
